Our rewards

Working with a wide range of clients, we have consistently demonstrated our ability to 'add value' by significantly lifting business performance. As an organisation, SEQEL seeks to achieve gainshare returns, from improvements in profitability and capital value in the enterprises with which we engage. However, we recognise that equity is often 'tightly held' by our clients. We also appreciate the need to develop strong levels of respect and trust before our clients will consider equity-based gainshare systems. We therefore have a philosophy of 'agreement in principle' to the terms of our relationship. These terms are subject to our clients seeing the value that we add over time – usually a full financial year. Then, if the relationship is sound and high levels of trust have developed, SEQEL is provided with an opportunity for both revenue and equity based gainshare – in addition to monthly and/or project fees.

In this way, SEQEL has to demonstrate its capability before being rewarded – which we know is the 'way of the world' with private enterprise.
