AFT Pharmaceuticals has appointed Stuart Houliston as Chief Financial Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Dual listed (NZX/ASX) AFT Pharmaceuticals is New Zealand’s largest domestic pharmaceuticals company, employing 120+ staff and earning revenues of over $200 million. Headquartered in Auckland, the business develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes a broad range of prescription, over-the-counter, and consumer healthcare products across Australasian and international markets.

Stuart brings significant financial expertise and leadership gained from a broad career in professional services and NZX listed environments. Currently, he is GM Finance at Sanford, New Zealand’s largest integrated fishing and aquaculture company with circa $500 million revenue, where he operates as 2IC to the CFO of the NZX top 50 business. Stuart initially joined the company as Group Financial Controller where he held a broad mandate. Previously he was an audit Director at KPMG and supported a wide range of commercial businesses across the manufacturing, primary industry, telco, power, construction, and retail sectors.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts from Nottingham University, a Master of Science from Oxford University, and is a Chartered Accountant. He commences with AFT Pharmaceuticals on Monday 15^th June.
