EROAD Director appointment

EROAD appoints Ryan Brosnahan as Non Executive Director following a Director appointment process facilitated by SEQEL Partners. 

EROAD is an NZX and ASX listed fleet management technology company based in Auckland that provides fleet tracking, electronic road charging, and in-vehicle hardware services globally. 

Ryan brings more than 25 years' international experience in financial services and technology across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States, with a focus on large scale digital transformation and execution of complex change programmes in regulated environments.

Most recently, Ryan served as Chief Transformation Officer (part time) at EROAD and previously held the same role at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank where he led the Group's digital transformation programme across technology, digital, data, and payments. Earlier in his career, Ryan held senior leadership roles at ANZ over 15 years, including General Manager Services (New Zealand) and General Manager Transformation Projects. He currently holds governance and advisory roles in fintech and payments businesses, including directorships with Banzpay and TrustPort, and an advisory role with Revolut.

Ryan holds a Master of Science in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago.
