FMG appoints Glenn Croasdale as Chief Client Officer

FMG is a unique New Zealand insurance provider. It was created by farmers for farmers and has a number of unique characteristics in terms of ownership, business model and culture which significantly differentiates FMG from its competitors. FMG is the clear leader in the rural market from both a market share and customer satisfaction perspective, with gross written premiums approaching $500m.
Glenn joined FMG in February 2011 as Marketing Manager before being appointed to the Leadership Team as General Manager Client Propositions and Online Services in May 2019 (later re-titled Chief Marketing Officer). He has held the role of Interim Chief Client Officer since December 2021.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University, with his early career having been spent in marketing and commercial roles with Cableprice and UBD.
