Griffin’s Snacks Executive appointment

Griffin’s Snacks has appointed Rebecca Williams as Finance Director NZ following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Griffin’s Snacks, an Intersnack ANZ company, is New Zealand's number one snack foods company. The business manufactures biscuits and snacks in New Zealand where it is the market leader in its core categories with a wide portfolio of strong iconic brands.

Rebecca brings many years of commercially focused finance experience within multi-national FMCG companies in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Most recently, she was Head of FP&A with the global food and beverage business, PepsiCo ANZ, where she led the function for the A/NZ snacks business.

Previously, Rebecca was CFO NZ Foods at PepsiCo ANZ and led the finance function for the Bluebird foods business - driving significant revenue and profitability growth. Her earlier career includes seven years with the energy drinks business, Red Bull, where she ultimately led the finance function in New Zealand, and three years with PepsiCo as a Commercial Analyst in the UK.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and International Business from the University of Otago and is a Chartered Accountant. She commences with Griffin’s in late January 2027.
