Precinct Properties Appoints Anne Urlwin as Non-Executive Director

Today NZX listed Precinct Properties announced the appointment of Anne Urlwin as an Independent Director, effective 16 September 2019, following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.
Anne is to replace Don Huse, who will retire in the second half of 2020 after serving 9 years on the Board. It is anticipated that Anne will also succeed Don as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Anne is a professional director with many years’ governance experience. She is currently a Director of Chorus, OnePath Life (NZ), Steel & Tube Holdings, Summerset Group Holdings, Southern Response Earthquake Services, City Rail Link and Tilt Renewables. She is also a former chairman of national commercial construction group Naylor Love.
Anne has experience across a range of industries and commenced her professional career with KPMG. Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia New Zealand, a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand Inc, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
