Tourism Holdings Limited Executive appointment

Tourism Holdings Limited has appointed Kylie Elsom as Chief People and Capability Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is a global tourism and commercial operator of recreational vehicles (RVs) with extensive operations across New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, North America, the UK, Europe, Japan and Southern Africa. Listed on the NZX and ASX, thl manages numerous brands — including Maui, Britz, Apollo, and El Monte — and manufactures vehicles through Action Manufacturing.

Kylie has deep people leadership experience with complex and global businesses, having worked at Vodafone New Zealand, MediaWorks, Warner Bros Discovery and more recently Pie Funds New Zealand. She brings extensive experience leading and working with teams and key stakeholders across international offices, together with deep P&C capability across a variety of sectors.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Canterbury. She commences with thl in September.
