Vista Group Director appointment

Vista Group International has appointed Lauren Quaintance as an Independent Director following a comprehensive Director selection process led by the Vista Board and SEQEL Partners.

Vista Group International is listed on the NZX and ASX and is a global leader in providing technology solutions to the international film industry.

Lauren is a professional director having had a successful executive career in media and marketing and as an entrepreneur.

In an executive capacity, Lauren has held positions as Chief Media & Data Officer for Sky Television and as Co-founder and Managing Director of Storyation, an award-winning digital content marketing agency, sold to ASX-listed NewsCorp Australia in 2019. Lauren was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the B&T Women in Media Awards in Australia in 2018.

Lauren is a current Non-Executive Director of Turners Automotive Group, Autosure Insurance, J.Ballantyne and Co. and the Crusaders super rugby franchise. She is also the Chair of ChristchurchNZ Holdings.

Lauren Quaintance is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors and holds a Masters of Science from Columbia University in New York, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism from University of Canterbury, a Reuter Foundation Fellowship from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.
